I don't believe any of the New Game + endings take any of the game's factors into account this way, just these two endings. The Black Omen is an optional dungeon in Chrono Trigger that contains many treasures, and is the only way to unlock New Game +. In one of the endings, it takes into account how many cats you have (you can guess which one). The main ones are whether you saved Lucca's mother and whether you chose to have Magus join your team or had Frog duel him. Note that with those two endings there are some variations depending on actions you took in the game. Then there are the two main endings, usually referred to as the "cat" ending and the "balloon" ending, which you get by reviving Chrono and beating Lavos either (a) by using the bucket or Omen, or (b) by using the Epoch.
